Things to Plan Before the New Year – New Me!!


The New Year is right around the corner!! Here are some ideas that help you to plan your things for 2020 –

It’s the end of 2019, let’s discuss something about what to do next or how to start a new year.
You all know what you’ve done in this year, either productive work or some casual things. So, now you’ve to be more focused on the coming year i.e. 2020.
The new year is a good start for doing some productive stuff in your life, no matter what it is related to. It should be regarding studies, some new ideas that you want to try, and many more.

  • Firstly, analyze all the things that you’ve done this year. Check whether the graph of your work in 2019 is good, average or low.
  • After this, write all the things that you are deciding to do in the coming year.
  • Divide your goals into two parts – Short term and Long term.
  • Write all the things that you want to cover within a month in the category of Short-term goals and the long period things in Long-term goals.
  • After doing this, you can analyze a few changes that the things will be lesser than before. For the short-term goals, work daily for hours. Give proper time to the work you’ve decided to complete in less time.
  • Also, take one step forward daily to complete your long term goals as well.
  • You have to be more clear about the things that you are doing because all know, time matters a lot in life.

After discussing the work stuff, let’s jump into the health section.

  • You all know, nowadays health issues are on the top. Health problems are increasing day by day. You should be more cautious about health. If you know some sort of food or drinks are not good, then start avoiding them from now. Because the new year is coming and you have a lot of plans in this upcoming year. But it will fulfill, if your health is good.
  • Never forget to drink a lot of water in a day. It keeps you hydrated all the time.
  • Start your morning with a refreshing and healthy drink and a good breakfast.
  • Never skip your meal, it will break down your concentration and you start feeling low.
  • Don’t involve too much into junk food. It should be good if you eat junk very often.

Healthy eating is key to good work and a great concentration towards your life!!

Now, let’s discuss a few points regarding how you can manage all these stuff together –

  • Just take some time and relax in the morning. After preparing your morning drink, sit and take some time to make a to-do list. Whatever you want to do in a day or all the stuff like from laundry to your office work or something about your studies. After mentioning all the things, start your morning by doing all your work. Before going to bed, check your list and mark the things that you’ve completed, it will give you a great experience for completing your daily tasks. If anything that you forget to do from that list, then go and finish it up right there. It will give a drastic change in your life and the results will be far better than before. A to-do list is a kind of guide for daily purpose tasks. It can make things easy and makes you punctual for things.
  • Remember, the only thing you have to do is, mention that many things that you can cover in a day and follow your to-do list sharply.
  • Spend some quality time in the morning outside your home, like in the park or your balcony as well. It will help you to give fresh vibes and a positive sign to start your day. Nature heals everything inside your soul.
  • After waking up, do not forget to make your bed. It keeps your surroundings clean and you can feel good in your room. The messy bed makes you feel so sleepy and lazy all the time.
  • This thing shouldn’t need any particular time to decide because whether it’s this year or the upcoming one, never miss the Family time. Spending time with family is a great therapy for a long-long working day. I rather love to spend my time with a cup of tea and some snacks and yes my mains my Family!!
  • In this busy schedule of our life, we completely forget about ourselves. This year let’s decide some priorities that make us better. Besides work, start something that you are interested in, like your hobbies, playing, listening to music, singing, dancing and anything that gives you some pump in your life that you love to do. Don’t make your life bound in gadgets, social media, or your studies or office work.

After reading all these points, remember it’s a promise from you to yourself not anyone else. If you can’t stick to your priorities then again you’ll face the same problem that you have this year(2019). Let’s start a new chapter of the New Year with New Me!!
